See existing client incidents prior to creating new incident

Within the RF Console - add the ability to notify the staff user that the client has existing incident(s) or allow them to easily see existing incidents when creating a new incident.  In the Workspaces you can see incidents on the client record (Supporting Information), so this would be similar so that as the staff user is entering in the client name they will be aware that there are other incidents already opened or closed by the client.
