Allow configuration of the subject line in the email conversation settings

If you have an incident or task and select Actions->Email, then the subject line always shows as Incident <Incident Number> or Task <Task Number> as per the screenshot below.

 

 

 

I know that you can append text to the subject line, but this would need to be done on every email sent.  Also you could setup a template but again this would need to be selected for every email and attachments will not work then.   It would be nice to allow the customization of the subject line via Remedyforce Admin->Configure Email->Email Conversation Settings (forcing it to keep the incident number)
