Smart IT: Additional Search Options for Relating Incidents and Outages

In the mid-tier ITSM UI, using the Relationships tab of the Incident view, users can relate a CI Unavailability records to an Incident record. This includes an option to search for CI Unavailability records based on a simple search dialog or an Advanced Search dialog.


While it's possible in Smart IT to relate CI Unavailability records ("Outages") to incidents via the "pinning concept", Smart IT only allows to pin outages that are suggested by the system. There is no option to do an advanced search for outages based on various criteria and then relate those outages.
