It does not appear that the name of the business rule shows up in the history of a ticket. This is very useful info so unless I am missing something I would very much like to see this added back.
See screen shot showing action performed (Assign to PC Admin) but not the name of the rule that performed it. Further it lists the person who was creating the ticket as performing this action, when I reality it was the business rule)
