I am posting this on behalf of Lori Brown. There has been some conversation in where she asked:
"Is there a way to to open a Support Ticket directly from a Communities post? There are often questions posted where no one knows the answer and it is suggested that they open a support ticket. Considering the amount of information already in the post, it seems like it would save time for both the questioner and the techs doing troubleshooting to see what has already been tried, other information, etc."
Such a feature does not exist today however the consensus is there should be an easy way to create an Issue from a Communities post.
