Ability to select what Email Templates are Available for Email Conversation

Hello BMC Community,

 

It would be fantastic to have an option when creating any Email Template to check if the email is to be made available for Email Conversation.  Currently we have a lot of email templates created for the purposes of workflow only  but are available to use when sending an email as we have activated this functionality.

 

It would be so useful though to check a box to pick and choose what templates can be used for email conversational purposes only, therefore confusing the Service Desk Analyst less, and making it easier to pick the Template they want quicker. Currently without such an option I have had to not very elegantly distinguish between templates by adding a prefix 'DO NOT USE' for the Email Templates created for Workflow Rules only.
