There should be a way to put Signature of IT agent when they are replying, this should take signature of staff who has logged in.
Also HTML is not supported in email conversation . Option like below would below where user can select to add signature or not.
Right now they have to type it or we can use simple formula but does this is manual and do not get well formatted signatures.
Email conversation has to have senders name as the from address is not identifiable- common.
