It would be great if you could create an assignment, and then choose a template for the assignment.
Right now, the only way to create an assignment with a template is to create a work order, apply a template, save it, right-click the work order, click Assign to Work Order, search for the work order ID or text in the ticket and then select the one you’re looking. For our team this seems like a lot of extra steps, so they end up not doing it.
