In RPM, it is a common requirement to create a ticket, and then wait for approval before continuing.
I did create an automation that looped, checking the ticket status inside BRPM (and sleeping for 5 seconds!!)
I am worried that this would cause problems with BRPM if multiple requests are doing this.
I would like to see the ability to wait on a condition for ticketing systems.
The current BRPM <-> Remedy integration for example, updates a ticket asynchronously (fantastic!)
So, it would be good to have a step that waits for ticket(s) to reach a certain condition.
