When using the Track-It! Technician Client, technicians are able to create custom grid views with various settings, as well as save them for private or public use. However, the Technician Web interface only features the built-in system grid views. While you can edit the grid, you cannot save these settings as a custom grid view. Also, if a public grid view was created in the Technician Client, is not available in the Tech Web interface. It would be very helpful if these custom grids were available in the Web interface.
