Can we please switch off the Insert record link by default for sending emails, and switch on when needed?
With custom self services, for example right answers it is causing confusion around record link.. We can switch it off onces, but with 200 staff agents it's hard to explain.. When switching all of your browser will recognise, but when using an other browser it open again.
Ps. Even no Self service link is procived by set anyway.
