Request for Solutions module security options in the Security Policies

Currently in Trackit, the ability to create, edit and delete solutions is dependent upon the technician's access to Help Desk. For example, if a technician can create work orders, they can also create solutions. And if they can delete work orders, they can also delete solutions.


Request functionality in the security policies that would allow the administrator to grant specific access only to the

Solutions module.
