Work Order Notification templates in Track-It! allow you to add fields to add work order-specific info to the notification. To display the notes in the work order, there are three different variables: Description, Technician Notes and E-Mail Messages.
Although all of these cover the possible public notes in a work order, they are kept in separate groups. This makes it difficult to read through the entire history of the notes as you have to jump around to different groups. It would be more useful if all the public notes were displayed in the notification as they are in the Tech Client: a single, chronological stream of notes regardless of type. This will make it much easier to read back through the notes for reference or context.
