Users should be able to see what is available in the library from the Track It web client.  Additionally, they should be able to reserve items for a particular time, and they should also be able to see if an item is already checked out or reserved to avoid double booking. Once a reservation is made by a user, a help desk request can be made to let the IT staff know what has been reserved and when it is needed.
