Alright, it was suggested that I post this here, by a few different members.
More and more businesses/companies/corporations are utilizing Office365 and its features, including Teams. The company I currently work with heavily utilizes MS Teams, for almost everything: file sharing, screenshare sessions, meetings, etc. It would be great if there was a way for TrackIt to integrate into Teams, so that members can input tickets through teams, and the IT department can work the tickets through it (respond to tickets, close out tickets, reassign, etc.).
I know that there are other vendors who currently integrate into Teams, like Zoho, but we really don't want to have to go through the process of licensing, setting up a new Helpdesk system, training users, etc.
Anybody else want to see some type of integration between BMC Track-It! and MS Teams?
