Search Box behavior in Smart-IT 20.02 Ticket Console

The new Search Box in the Ticket Console is working good, but deleting the Search Term is a little bit strange.


If you use the "x" it work correctly.

But when a user delete the search text completly the x is disabled / hidden and resetting of the search filter will not work when pressing enter.


Better user experience:


User delete the complete text in the search box and press enter makes the filter reset!
