Patrol Agent Deploy Status is changing to "UNKNOWN" in Truesight Presentation Server Console

Dear Team,

Several devices in all our environment are having Deploy Status "Unknown" when navigating to Configuration-> Managed Devices page.

Most Frequent use case is when Switching a device/Agent from TEST to PROD env or vice versa.

Another Use case is Stopping the Patrol, Deleting it when the Agent is disconnected and during the next polling cycle when the device is back and connected, it will change the Deploy Status to Unknown.
