Custom functions on Ticket Console of Smart IT to modify tickets in Bulk

Hi Team,

 

Is there a way to add a custom function on the ticket console of Smart IT.

The customer is requesting to add a button on the console to update multiple tickets with Resolution Categories, Similar to update status function.
