As the O365 mailbox reaches its maximum capacity of "TotalDeletedItemSize", FootPrints is unable to delete emails in the inbox.
As a result, these emails are handled multiple times as they remain in the mailbox.
When we look at the logs, there is no message that points out that this is the error that's happening.
- An error message which can be picked up on (monitored), which points out that the email could not be deleted.
- A safeguard in the handling of emails : a mechanism to avoid an email being handled twice or more and thus causing duplicates.
