Ability to generate reports on Service Desk Portal Searches

As a product manager, I want to have the ability to create a report on the searches done by the users from the Server Desk Portal.  This ability will present me with the ability to validate if I am providing the users with what they need or what service request I still need to create.  This will also allow me to improve the keywords on the knowledge article or the service request descriptions.
