Trigger Flag/Feedback in Smart IT when Knowledge feedback is given in Digital Workplace

I was very surprised to find that when users submit feedback on knowledge articles via Digital Workplace, it merely enters the feedback in the RKM view for Knowledge Workers to see in a report on Smart IT. I feel like this creates a rather cumbersome process for Knowledge Workers to follow up on feedback.

 

I would like to see the option in Digital Workplace to Flag and add comments to knowledge articles in Smart IT, as well as email the current assignee so they can act on user feedback as soon as possible. This should have a great level of impact on following KCS processes.
