We received feedback from customers that they would like to be able to customize the email notifications that are being sent to customers from Digital Workplace, in order to include additional information. This could be some branding changes, an email signature with the help desk contact telephone number, an end user advisory message or additional instructions.
The current template has a fixed white background behind the logo, so white logos fade in and don't appear. It also only includes the Request ID, description of the service request and who it was for.
On a side note, even the BMC Helix SaaS support desk doesn't use he out-of-the-box notification for their DWP instance. It appears that they disabled them and created a custom one on the Remedy side.
