The People-view in SmartIT contains different information for “regular” customers versus people that also are Support Staff.
We would like the possibility to list All Tickets for all People since our agents also are customers.
Regular People has tabs for Open Tickets, All Tickets and Assets
Support Staff customers has tabs for Tickets, Assets, Support Groups and Knowledge.
Ticket-tab only shows Open tickets requested by the customer, we have the need also to view closed tickets.
