From a name, determine a queue

Customer has people who call in who say they have a question for a particular person - let's say Amy Johnson. The customer wants to assign the ticket to the queue that Amy Johnson is a part of, not directly to Amy Johnson. But there doesn't seem to be a good way to find a person's queue from their name while on the ticket. When hitting the search box, would be good to see the Queue(s) along with the person's name.
