As we know most of the users from ITSM suite are working on multiple applications at time and need to have appropriate role and permission so that they can perform assigned work efficiently. The current BMC documents provide this information however only for each application at separate documentation portal space.
This enhancement request is to provide Out of the Box tool/ Framework which provide quick information on which role/permission admin user need to provide to the new user so that he/she can perform all assigned work efficiently.
We have seen some un-supported tool has been created by our colleagues which have been very useful to all of us to get required information very quickly and because of lets vote for this idea to make the similar tool/framework available OOB.
