Ability to add custom field in the Service Outage form located in Remedyforce Administration

We would like to be able to have available field sets in the Service Outage Object in order to add custom field on it and display them in the Service Outage Layout located at Remedyforce Administration tab > Manage Workflows and Other Processes > Service Outage.

 

Even when we can use the Service Outage standard tab we have limitation for the Configuration item lookup field as it will display only recent items and is not convenient open all of them in order to display them in the list also we don’t have the ability to do a filter on the Configuration Item object and therefore make it really difficult to leverage at all.
