In the email notification sent out upon the closing of a ticket, we need to send out as much information as possible and use the {TICKETALLNOTES} variable.


It works as I expected, but one request we have had would be to have the ability to change the order or have different options.


Currently {TICKETALLNOTES}  puts the notes in the ticket with the last note added at the top. We would like to be able also have them listed with the original description note when the ticket was created at the top and the last note at the bottom.
