Ability to add “look up” fields in “Service Request”

We just have impact, category and urgency part of Respose type > look ups

Would like to use looks ups to populate fields from Remedyforce like Users could be used for “Managers”  and there are more.

 

OTB option:

You can add look ups on "Service request"  under "Request Definition (Managed)" as "custom fields" however it is available on on the "Service request form" in common fields list
