If I select a Service Model under Service Monitoring with the TSPS console, I have the option to view all open events. But there is currently no way of displaying closed events or displaying events within a specific date/time range. e.g.
1, I would like to see all events (including closed events) that relate to a Service Model
2, I would like to see all events (including closed events) that occurred between 8am and 5pm yesterday).
I believe that introducing the functionality to filter Service Model events in the same way as Application, Device, Event and Group events is highly desirable. Hence I am creating this idea.
