From the console, users can set a default for fields displayed by console (e.g. Incident / Service Request, Change Request, etc.) but the list of fields is displayed is the same for all views. Further, they can set filters on the fields displaed, but they disappear each time the user changes modules or opens the console.
Can we allow users to create view settings that include which fields are displayed and how they filter? For example, I would select the default view for a queue that shows all open records assigned to a queue. This would display the default fields for that module (set by the user) without filters. Additionally, the user could then select a 'filter option' that would customize both the fields displayed and the filters applied.
