Ability to save Incident/Service Request as draft in Remedyforce console

Like Self service 3.0, there should be facility, that staff should be able to save Incident/service requests as drafts even they don’t have complete information, want to submit incident/service request with partial information


How this idea will be helpful


Staff agent can save incident/service request with partial information, don’t have to wait for complete information from client and later they can submit incident/service request form.

Staff agent would be able to save long form without entering all required fields
