In the Smart recorder I type #CompanyA and this narrows the people search down to only the company I am logging for. But when I type the text e.g. "Outlook Issue" it returns knowledge and tickets for Companies which are not the Company we are logging for. In a multi-tenant set up we would never relate tickets between companies, only within a company.
We have also customised our Incident templates to include a company but the Smart Recorder returns templates for customers which are not selected....there is no way to stop this from happening.
