We have several administrators and some roles with heightened access. The issue we have is that we cannot determine who made what change to many of the FP application fields.
Our specific example is for TEAM member changes. There is no ability to know who deleted or added a member to a team or when it occured. This information would have been very useful to us because we had a case where agent x said they added themselves and removed agent y but agent y was the one that got the call to fix the issue. When we looked at the TEAM agent x was the correct member. We had no way to prove or disprove what we were told had happened.
