When submitting SOI, if the user clicks on the “Email technical owner when provisioned” checkbox, CLM will send an email notification to the user upon completion. The customer would like to customize the look and feel of the email. However, the CLM email template is not available for customization. For SRM notifications, email templates that are available in SYS:Notification Messages form. You can clone and customize these email templates to suit your business requirements. CLM email notifications should do the same and allow for customization.
