Currently in Smart-IT version 18.08, when looking in a knowledge article and you check for related incidents under “Tickets Using this Article”, only the four oldest incidents are shown. Then you can click “Show more” to see an additional four incidents, and so on.
If there are many related incidents, it takes a long time to get to the latest one (which is often of more interest).
Suggestion: Make it easier to see the latest related incidents.
Value: It will save time to have a quicker way of finding the latest related incident ticket.
