Currently on TrueSight v10, on path to go to v11 in the next coming months. We make extensive use of the Operations console and its Details pane view when selecting an alert.
We have seen in v11, that the presentation server console requires varies clicks to achieve the same thing that can be seen in the Operations console. Also, the Presentation Server Console is not very customizable.
Looking at v12, the Operations console is removed and using the Presentation Server Console takes more clicks to get to what the Operations console shows by default (Detail Pane view when selecting an alert). We also use custom folders/collectors in v10/v11 and that is not no longer possible in v12. We are looking for similar customization features in the Presentation Server Console in v12 as we see possible in the Operations Console in v10/v11.
