TrueSight IM - Timeout of User session
ENEL, is heavily using Presentation Layer to provide dashboard both to technical end-user and to show in a Video Wall in the Control Room the status of the services they are monitoring.
Key point is that they would like to have different timeout session for each "user" connected to the system.
Right now they had to set an high level timeout, to avoid that Video Wall session expired, but in this way also the technician timeout is set to the same level (because it is a "shared" setting").
Requirement is to have a parameter associated to each user profile that allow to set a specific timeout-session for each user.
For ENEL is really crucial, but I think it would be interesting for every customer because it provides a better granularity/differentiation in the profile management.
