In Smart IT the global search is very usefull. We have some users that mainly work with Assets and they use global search to find Assets by name or Asset ID.
Each time the open the global search, the search type is set to "Tickets & Knowledge". To find the Assets they have to change it to "Asset".
Please optimize this behaviour by something like:
- Save "Search Type" with in the session
- Let the User define the personal default "Search Type"
