In an incident, when clicking on Relate Existing Item and you try to search after an incident which is already a master incident to more than 50 child tickets you will not be able to find the master ticket as the results will show only 50 tickets and you do not have the possibility to go through all the tickets.

We should have a possibility to increase the search results (to configure the chunk_size) or to be able to go to the next results like a next page or more results button.

Also, when searching after a ticket ID the first result to appear should be that ticket ID.

 

In the example below the master ticket has already more than 200 child tickets and is impossible to find the master ticket with the current approach.
