We do have several Changes and Work Orders which are being created by Service Requests from DWP.
These underlying Service Requests have been approved before the Change or Work Order was created in the fulfillment application.
When viewing the fulfillment tickets in Smart IT, we can see the Service Requests being related to the Change or Work Order and the user is able to view the underlying Service Request.
However, there is no information/detail about the approval in the Activity Feed of the Service Request. We cannot see at a glance by whom and when the request was approved.
Only the print view of this Service Request is showing this information.
Therefore, we would like to see this information in the Activity Feed of the Service Request the same way as the information for the Change or Work Order Approvals within the Activity Feed in these tickets.
