Customize fields displayed when using Common Request.

We would like to see an option to only display pertinent fields when opening a new ticket in Self Service and using a Common Request.  It's nice to be able to include and customize fields but not every request requires all fields to be populated.  As an example, when we upload insurance bills we want to display the attachment field to attach the bill but if we are requesting a password reset we don't need the attachment field displayed.  If we could utilize the templates to choose which fields we want displayed during that Common Request it would be very beneficial.
