i would like to see an improvment by using the product catalog in the different ticket types.
The actually implemented limitation of 100 unsortable product catalog entries is not acceptable for the different agents.
It would be nice that we could configure in the Smart IT Centralized Configuration the following parameter:
1. Number of entries:
2. Sort option: true / false
3. Sort type: asc / desc
Please make sure, that the list will be sorted by the name and not the request ID.
If we have the same limition in Operational Catalog please use the same functionality to improve the usablility.
