Service Requests - question and answer mapping in the description

*** Make a Service Request easier to view ***

When an end user creates a new Service Request answering multiple questions it would be so much easier to have both the questions and answers mapped into the Description field so it's plainly visible to both the end user and the support analyst, without having to click on the Request Definition button (just one more step to do ). Currently you can map only the answers, but without the questions they are meaningless.
