On the ACTION CLOSE form of Incidents and Service Request there is a filed called "Time Spent" that allows the Staff to enter the time they worked on the ticket in minutes. This field in not available to CHANGES and TASKS...WHY? Our shop is moving to a Task management model. We are receiving push-back due to the lack.
I understand that the "developers" introduced a new way to track time using the status. There is no consistency across the Objects. In our case, staff would like to note the amount of time they spend on a task. A simple resolution, from my perspective, is to add "Time Spent" on all of the ACTION CLOSE forms.
