New Remedyforce Winter 18 provides a possibility to bring suggested knowledge articles and service requests to Self Service portal. The feature is nice, but it sets high maintenance requirements to link services at user level.


It would be good to support a possibility to link Services and CIs to Salesforce Groups instead of individual users. It would be much easier to manage suggested articles and service requests that way.
