There may be number of occasions ( marriage, Divorce etc) where you need to update the login id. In case, we update the login id using data wizard, in SmartIT Social, a new user get created and all the past data for that user become invalid. When you open any existing ticket, profile of the user whose loginid got changed, you will receive a message, you are not authorized to view this profile.
There should be a better way to handle this. Currently the only way to get this work is by deleting the user and its associated data from mongo and onboard the data again for that user.
