SmartIT: e-mail notification on user comment

Dear BMC


We would like to have the option to turn on notifications for comments left by end users via MyIT in tickets.

In the current situation, there is no way for an IT support colleagues to know for which tickets end users have left comments.

They need to check the dashboard all the time (which we are not using as we base our daily operation on the ticket console) or they need to order tickets by "last updated date", which is also not very precise.


Ideally, SmartIT users would have a setting in their profile to individually turn on those notifications, just like end users have in MyIT
