In Remedyforce, when trying to view all closed Incidents there is a 10000 limit. Once you hit the cap the system excludes the most recent tickets, rather than excluding the oldest tickets.
So, when we viewed all closed the most recent ticket was in May, 7 months ago. I was able to put in a filter to only show tickets created in 2017, but this means I need to manually update the filter.
It would be better for Remedyforce to exclude the oldest tickets rather than the newest.
