Send Email option from within the Ticket/Assignment Form does not Auto-Fill Subject

In Track-It! 2017, whenever we attempt to Send an Email out to the Requester/Technician from within the Ticket/Assignment Form, the Subject of the Email does not get Auto-Filled and we need to manually type it in, as it is a required field.


Customers would like the Subject of this Email to Auto-populate with the Subject from the Ticket/Assignment, similar to the way it currently functions in Track-It! 11.x.
