Auto populate linked Incident number On Change request when Incident is linked to Change.  This only works for Service request today. Annoyance for user to populate CR#  manually

- When you create Change from SR - change record has the related service request number populated

-when you go to incident and create and link change request from record details - change has no Incident number



  • Staff can manually  type - they can still type the Incident number
  • Confusion, blank emails
  • SR or Incident both should be populated as they are stored in same object or give new field.
  • As per Support working as per design
